Collegiate Peaks Bank, a division of Glacier Bank, has announced the recent expansion of their newest location in the Denver Tech Center at 7000 East Belleview Avenue, Suite 315 in Greenwood Village. This new location will serve as a loan and deposit production office and is able to accept and process loan applications while expanding specific services in this area for existing and new customers.

The new office will be led by Piper Pierce, who will serve as president of the DTC location. She has 20 years of banking experience, specializing as a commercial lending officer with over 10 years focusing in the Denver market. Her areas of expertise include finding financial solutions for commercial real estate projects and operating companies while serving customers with integrity.

“We are a community-minded bank, and our focus is always on our customers and the success of the people and businesses that live and work in the communities we serve,” Pierce said. “We have helped our customers to grow their businesses, and as a result, our bank has grown, driving our need for a DTC location. Our employees are talented, dedicated and committed to giving our customers the best service possible.”

During the next 12 months, Pierce will be working to build a new permanent DTC Branch that is slated to open as a full-service retail and commercial bank location for Collegiate Peaks in the third quarter of 2019.

Collegiate Peaks Bank has additional branch locations in Denver, RiNo (River North), Aurora, Salida and Buena Vista. Liam Girard is the division president for Collegiate Peaks Bank.

Due to their recent acquisition, Collegiate Peaks Bank is providing their customers with numerous upgrades. Some of the upgrades for their consumer and business customers include a larger lending capacity, product enhancements, updated mobile banking applications and an expanded branch footprint.
