Denver-based Colorado State Bank and Trust parent company, BOK, has one of the best overall reputations among U.S. banks according to a newly-released survey from Reputation Institute and American Banker magazine.
Of the 39 banks included in the survey, BOK Financial ranked third overall and was the highest rated bank in its operating region, which includes Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. The survey appears in the July issue of American Banker, which includes a cover feature on BOK Financial and its family of brands.
Bill Sullivan, chief executive officer of Colorado State Bank and Trust, said it is an honor to be selected as one of the most respected banks in America.
“The survey focused on criteria such as ethical behavior, client service, high quality products and services – considerations that are really important to our customers,” Sullivan said. “Even through the financial crisis and energy downturn, we have been there for our clients. Our consistency and dependability through good times and bad has been a distinguishing characteristic.”
Colorado State Bank and Trust President Andy Aye attributes the high ranking to the bank’s committed employees.
